Alexander was director of three UK companies Timan Oil&Gas PLC (2005-2009), Docom Investment LTD, UNGP oil and gas investment LTD. Alexander successfully managed several private placements (UK, EU, USA), bond placement (regulation C, rule 144A US) and IPO in oil & gas industry while raising more than 300 mln USD with total EV (enterprise value) over 1 bln USD.

Graduated back in 1997 from KFUPM University in Saudi Arabia with a degree in Geology, Mr. Raid Bukhamseen is an E&P industry subject matter expert with extensive international hands-on experience (+24 years) in many areas of leadership and executive management within the oil and gas upstream industry. Mr. Raid Bukhamseen commenced his career with Schlumberger and Baker Hughes working in Libya, Tunisia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia & Oman; after which he moved to international E&P Companies where he attained distinguished career advancements from Chief Geologist to Exploration Manager in LUKOIL Saudi Arabia Energy. He then moved to international E&P company (Kuwait Energy Company) as Yemen Operations Manager and soon promoted to Eurasia Vice President managing several oil and gas producing companies in different European countries including Russia and Ukraine assets. Mr. Raid Bukhamseen then cofounded and managed for 2 years as a President the E&P company Arab Energy Alliance Ukraine. Currently, Cofounder and Chief Executive Officer for Hydrocarbon 8 UK, a UK based MENA focused E&P company. Mr. Raid Bukhamseen is highly active in the economic and technical society with many technical and business publications including SPE publications and Forbs and was a speaker in conferences worldwide for which he was recognized with several international prestigious awards.
Sheikh Dr. Khalifa Nasser Al Sabah
Sheikh Dr. Khalifa Naser Al Sabah has more than 35 years of experience. He was involved in Oil sector, since 1984, starting in Shuaiba and Mina AlAhmadi refineries, then in International Marketing sector in the fields of planning and studies and was Member of the Board of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. In Governmental, he was in charge of “His Highness The Amir Office of Research and Consultative Studies” in the Royal Court till 2016. Mr. Mohammad Al-Howqal

which was gained holding international or regional roles in Kuwait based E&P companies.
Started his career with Kuwait Oil Company as petroleum engineer for more than 4 years and
soon moved to KUFPEC which handles Kuwait government investments in international E&P
industry. In 10 years, he reached a managerial position and he was overlooking KUFPEC operations in a range of countries in the MENA region. He has gained a breadth of experience during this time, including production, reservoir engineering and contracts negotiations and management. He then moved to Kuwait Energy as a cofounder which is a Kuwait based E&P company. He actively contributed in the design and set up of Kuwait Energy in 2005, leading to its inception in 2006. Since then, he held a variety of senior leadership roles, including COO for almost 9 years and Deputy CEO. He orchestrated the growth of Kuwait Energy operations to reach nine countries within Mena and Eurasia regions. The company was later sold to Energy Capital, a Hong Kong based stock market listed company, and he resigned from Kuwait Energy as Senior Vice-President of HSSE, Security, Internal Audit and Risk & Compliance. Since 2003 he has specialized in well testing and reservoir surveillance with permanent downhole gauges on producing fields, and since 2005 has taught well test analysis for the Master’s program, Institut Français du Pétrole, Paris. During his career Bill successfully implemented projects in 62 countries and his latest position is President of OPC (Reserve Audit Company).

Mr. Anclam (50 years of experience) trained as a geologist and in 1968 graduated from the University of Mineral Oil and Petrochemistry Baku, Azerbaijan, with a MA in Geology. In 1968, Mr. Anclam joined Erdgas Erdol GmbH (EEG), which since1994 has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gaz de France (GDF). Mr. Anclam was employed by the company until 1999 and held a number of senior positions within the upstream business including as Director of Strategic Evaluation. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Anclam worked on assignment on various projects in Russia, Kazakhstan and Libya as Senior E&P Expert for Daimler Chrysler Services Structured Finance headquartered in Berlin. He has also managed and represented the interests of Geoconsult Magdeburg GmbH, Magdeburg, in various projects and evaluation tasks, mainly in the Commonwealth of Independent States. In 2002, Mr. Anclam joined Select Energy GmbH in Hamburg as Director of Geology and Upstream Projects, with responsibility for the evaluation and development of new projects in CIS. Mr. Anclam has sat on the International Gas Union Committee. As a Senior Manager, with experience in crude oil and natural gas companies in challenging business environments, Mr. Anclam brings his experience of working in CIS and ability to provide geological, technical and economic evaluation of new projects.
